The 1st attorney I went to before this office stated that there wasn’t enough money in the case for him. That my car wasn’t damaged enough & that I wasn’t hurt enough. My neck has a herniated disc in it for the rest of my life. Which I wouldn’t have known or been treated if I hadn’t gone to this office. They got me treated & paid. My only advice to any future clients would be to call the states department of insurance if the opposing insurance company is lolly gagging. Because a phone call to that office might save you time & the 45% fee for a lawsuit. Overall I still got paid, just wish I would’ve known about the department of insurance before accepting escalation of my case. That being said I would still recommend them to family & friends. Also don’t say a word to the opposing insurance company.
